2TenderContent2招標(biāo)內(nèi)容
SuppliersarerequiredtoprovideallReady-mixedConcretelistedinthetenderdocuments.
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供招標(biāo)文件中列出的所有商品混凝土。
3QualificationRequirementsforBidders3投標(biāo)人資格要求
3.1Biddersmustbelegallyregisteredandpossessvalidbusinesslicenses,taxregistrationcertificates,andotherrelevantlegaldocumentsasrequiredbylawsandregulations.
3.1投標(biāo)人必須經(jīng)過合法注冊，并持有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證書和法律、法規(guī)要求的其他相關(guān)法律文件。
3.2BiddingenterprisesmusthavethenecessaryresourcesandmayneedtoprovidealistofReady-mixedConcretesoldbythecompanyandotherrelevantdocuments.
3.2投標(biāo)人必須具備必要的資源，（略）銷售的商品混凝土清單等相關(guān)文件。
3.3Biddersmustnotfallunderanyofthefollowingcircumstances:
3.3投標(biāo)人不得存在下列情形之一：
(1)Thesamepersonservesasthelegalrepresentativeofmultipleunitsorthereexistsacontrollingormanagementrelationshipbetweendifferentunits.Insuchcases,biddingforthesamesectionisnotallowed,otherwise,allrelatedbidswillbeinvalid.
(1)同一個人作為多個單位：（略）
(2)Bidderswhosebiddingqualificationshavebeensuspendedorcancelled.
(2)投標(biāo)資格被暫?；蛉∠耐稑?biāo)人。
(3)Bidderswhoseproductionorbusinessoperationshavebeenorderedtobesuspended,orwhoselicensesorpermitshavebeensuspendedorrevoked.
(3)被責(zé)令暫停生產(chǎn)或者吊銷許可證的投標(biāo)人。
(4)Bidderswhoareundergoingliquidationprocedures,havebeendeclaredbankrupt,orhaveothercircumstancesthatresultinalossofperformancecapabilities.
(4)正在接受清算程序、已被宣告破產(chǎn)或者有其他情形導(dǎo)致喪失履行能力的投標(biāo)人。
(5)Bidderswhohavebeenincludedinthelistofseriousillegalanddishonestenterprises.
(5)被列入嚴(yán)重違法違法企業(yè)名單的投標(biāo)人。
